Hello, I’m Dr Tim Anderson and I am the owner and founder of Missouri River Dental, a start up practice in Bismarck, ND. I attended St Mary’s High School in Bismarck, ND and am so happy to be back here this growing community. After receiving my Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, I went on to complete my general practice residency at Hennepin County Medical Center (Level 1 Trauma Center) in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

As a dentist, I believe in comprehensive, quality oral health care that is patient-centered. I strive to create a positive and comfortable experience for each guest while still meeting their dental needs, wishes and expectations. To me, being able to provide the latest in dental technology to enhance the overall dental office experience is important to me and you will see that the second you step into our office.

In addition to clinical dentistry, I maintain leadership roles within the dental profession as a KOL (Key Opinion Leader) for Convergent Dental (Dental Lasers) and Sprintray, Inc (3D Printing). You can catch me on the main stage presenting and lecturing on various dental topics nationwide and have been featured in dental publications such as Dental Economics, Dental Town, and Inside Dentistry. Investing into the future of dentistry and other dental professionals is important to me as I also function as a CEREC Doctors Mentor and a Dental Mentor for the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND and active member at the Spear Education Center.

In 2021, I founded the continuing education platform, “The Smile Summit”, on the belief that technology helps dentists to work smarter, have more fun, and ignite their passion for their business, all while improving the patient experience and achieving better clinical outcomes. I leverage CEREC, CBCT, 3D printing, and CO2 laser technology to deliver comprehensive, quality oral health care that is patient-centered. www.thesmilesummit.com

In my free time, I enjoy pushing the limits when its comes to sports, whether its running 100 miles on the Maah Daah Hey Trail in Medora, ND or mountain biking with my closest friends in Colorado. My wife, Jenny and I enjoy traveling with our children and creating memories with them for years to come. When we aren’t doing that I enjoy ice fishing and playing hockey with my 2 sons and perfecting my love of photography.
